Detectives investigating the murder of Tomasz Bundyra at the disused Partnership House office block in Waterloo Road are renewing their appeals for information.

Tomasz Bundyra, 28, was found dead in the derelict building at the corner of Waterloo Road and Gray Street on Monday 26 January. He had serious head injuries. It was believed he had been living rough in the area.

The post mortem examination found he had died from multiple injuries.

Detectives from the Met's Homicide and Serious Crime Command team in Sutton are investigating the incident and are anxious to hear from anyone who may have information about what happened to Mr Bundyra.

They are particularly keen to talk to members of the Polish community or other Eastern Europeans who either lived in the office block, frequented the area or knew the victim or suspects.

"We believe the victim had been living rough in the area, probably in the disused office block in which he was found," says Detective Inspector Dave Willis.

"If this is the case he would have been well-known to those who work and live in within this community.

"I would also ask anyone within the Polish/Eastern European community who may have known Mr Bundyra and have information about how he spent the days immediately before his death to call the incident room or to speak to a member of the local Safer Neighbourhoods Team.

"The incident room can be contacted on 020 8721 4155 or if you wish to remain anonymous call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111."

Six men, of no fixed address, have already been charged with murder in relation to this incident.

Partnership House is due to be demolished to make way for a new hotel.
