The relay will cross the Millennium Bridge from St Paul's Cathedral at about 10am. The flame will visit Shakespeare's Globe before the relay continues down Southwark Bridge Road, Marshalsea Road, Great Dover Street and Old Kent Road en route to Peckham.

"The penultimate day of the Olympic Torch Relay is set to include many of London's iconic landmarks which are famous around the world and give the city its special character," says LOCOG chair Lord Coe.

"I hope that the people from these boroughs come out and line the streets to cheer on the torchbearers as the start of the games draws near."

Torchbearers on the Southwark stretch of the relay include SE1 guerrilla gardener Richard Reynolds.
