Elizabeth House SE1
Elizabeth House occupies an important site alongside Waterloo Station

Regular public meeting of the group that monitors proposed developments in Waterloo.

Find out the latest on proposals for the Elizabeth House redevelopment in York Road.

After being refused planning permission in 2009, P&O sold the site for £90 million to development partners London & Regional/Chelsfield.

Last October David Chipperfield Architects presented their initial ideas on how to develop this key site to bring up to 10,000 new workers to Waterloo.

They now have more definitive designs for a tall building and hope to submit a planning application in April, but want your thoughts on this most important project before they do.

Lambeth Transport Plan is also on the agenda. Although the document is borough-wide it has large implications for Waterloo where air quality is among the worst in the country. Come and hear what Lambeth proposes.
