This Christmas concert will be hosted BBC News presenter Jane Hill.
The line-up includes award-winning soprano Juliette Pochin and the Wessex Male Choir.
Juliette Pochin explains: "I know from first-hand experience how a diagnosis of Parkinson's can devastate young men and women, affecting their lives and careers, and the huge impact this then has on their families.
"So I was delighted to be invited to sing and share some of my favourite Christmas carols in such a beautiful setting, for a charity that supports the large number of people, elderly and young, who live with this debilitating condition. I'll be singing my heart out to help raise money towards finding a cure."
Karl Willett, Director and Founder of Urban Voices Collective, said: "It is a great opportunity for Urban Voices Collective to be involved with, and support, such a worthwhile charity. We are honoured to be part of the concert and hope we can bring something special to the event."
Jane Asher, Parkinson's UK president, will spread some seasonal cheer with a Christmas reading.
Paul Jackson-Clark, director of dundraising at Parkinson's UK, said: "We are very excited about this year's Christmas Concert which has a line-up of guests that will delight both young and old.
"I'm looking forward to the evening, and I hope that as many people as possible will join us and to begin their festive celebrations in style."
