As part of the Waterloo Festival come and enjoy tea and cake and ices and jelly and a bouncy castle and games in the rich tradition of the Mad Hatters' Tea Party. Wear your best hat but be careful it's not sold.
A prize for the best adult costume and the best child's costume.
