The Museum of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain is holding a series of sessions to encourage people from the local community to get up close to the museum's collection.

Ten sessions will be hosted from August through to December, with the museum exploring a new theme each month.

"Each session will give people the chance to work closely with our museum professionals and find out all they ever wanted to know about different aspects of the history of pharmacy," says Briony Hudson, RPSGB Keeper of the Collections.

"The sessions include unique opportunities to handle some of our interesting objects and get closer to our collections than ever before.

"We'd really like to see people from the local community coming along to learn more about the Museum - spaces are limited though, so please book soon!"
