The performance is based on a selection of William Blake's poems which explore the human evolution from innocence and wonder, moving through bitter experience, then beyond to a new dimension of hope and rebirth.
Theatre and contemporary Bharata Natyam are used in a rare combination to honour the birthday of William Blake. Anca is a long time Bharata Natyam dancer, choreographer as well as a William Blake researcher, and a theatre artist.
