Afternoon Concerts

This Easter, the London Film Museum and the Chamber Ensemble of London will bring you 14 concerts with iconic imagery projected onto 5 screens in the historic Debating Chamber in the heart of County Hall.

Directed by international violinist Peter Fisher, the concerts will be spread over 10 afternoons with two different programmes;

London Four Seasons: Featuring Vivaldi's most famous set of concertos with accompanying images of old masters and contemporary photographers.

London and the Thames: Using photographs old and new, films, and children's art, these concerts feature Handel's Water Music, the Yeoman of the Guard, the Lambeth Walk, Old Father Thames, the Westminster Waltz, the Eton Boating Song, London Pride, and special new music by Clive Jenkins, who has written all the arrangements.
