AGM of the group that represents people who live in and around Bankside.
Agenda includes a presentation on the future of Borough Market after the Thameslink Programme works with Peter Wilkinson, chair of the market trustees.
Cllr Fiona Colley, Southwark's cabinet member for regeneration, will also address the meeting.
And there will be a chance to learn about the planning issues facing Bankside in 2011.
