The Guy's and St Thomas' Charity Carol Concert is hosted by David Dimbleby.
David's father, Richard, was a patient at St Thomas' Hospital, and the Dimbleby Cancer Care charity has centres at both Guy's and St Thomas'.
You will hear carols sung by the Cathedral and Hospital Choir, meet some inspirational patients and staff, and sing some of your favourite carols.
Mulled wine and mince pies will be served after the concert.
