Handypersons

We are looking for keen and committed individuals to join the Handypersons Team. Your role will be assisting in preparing estate and hostel empty properties for letting, which includes cleaning, minor repairs (following training) and moving furniture. You will also assist in evictions, and day-to-day property management issues.

Regular health and safety checks are required in our hostels, as is a close working relationship with our contractors. There will be regular contact with customers and a wide variety of agencies and departments. Successful applicants will have knowledge of health and safety and hygiene and an interest in property maintenance. You need excellent customer service skills and a commitment to working quickly and efficiently to ensure a rapid turnaround of empty properties.

These roles are mobile, so you must have a full driving licence.
