Job/role description

In this role you will be responsible for promoting courses and support the recruitment of an appropriate number of learners to the employability and personal development programme in Lambeth.

Person specification

Do you have an interest and enthusiasm for community-based adult learning? Do you have the ability to promote courses to local residents in a variety of community settings, to network and set up partnerships with local community groups?

If you have effective communication and excellent interpersonal skills, are able to work as part of a team and have a good up-to-date knowledge of local community groups and neighbourhood / tenants associations in the London Borough of Lambeth; this role could be for you. A commitment to quality, heath and safety, equality and diversity, customer care and safeguarding are also essential.
