About this role

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to assist our Office Manager in the smooth day-to-day running of the office – so you need to be proactive, trustworthy and able to handle a varied work load.

You will have your hands full opening and setting up the office each day, managing front of house, reception and security for the building and acting as the first port of call of any IT, H&S, maintenance/facilities issues. Acting as the face of Forster, you will be meeting and greeting clients, transferring and screening calls and assisting with queries.

Person description

The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years experience in a similar role with good communication skills and confidence in dealing with enquiries over the telephone and face to face. Excellent organisational skills, able to manage their own time and IT savvy.

You will need to be articulate, well presented, conscientious, and have a keen eye for detail. You will be able to multi-task and have a genuinely helpful manner. You will be proactive and enthusiastic and be fun to be around and be happy to undertake all types of work.

Prior experience in a forward thinking, sustainable business or the media/creative industry desirable but not essential. Must have a willingness to work occasional weekend or out-of-hour duties.
