Full Time Delivery Driver / Warehouse Operative

For a very busy SE16 based coffee and tea distribution company. We are a small team working very closely together. You will have a specific role within the company but must be willing to take on aspects of your colleagues roles should the situation arise.

Main duties to include: -
Picking and Loading
Making multi-drop deliveries in and around London
Cash handling
Preparation and coordination of courier/palletised orders for dispatch
Receiving and checking deliveries into warehouse
Stock Taking and stock rotation
Warehouse and van housekeeping

Other ad hoc duties

Hours: 8am to 5pm Mon to Fri

**As this is a delivery driver position candidates must be flexible with working hours**

The candidate must be/have: -
Full clean UK driving licence
Experience driving transit size vans (we use VW Transporters)
At least 21 years old (for insurance purposes)
Valid UK work permit (if relevant)
Good spoken and written English
Excellent knowledge of Inner London roads
Physically fit
Of smart appearance
Good customer service skills
Punctual and have good timekeeping and attendance
Trustworthy and reliable
Enthusiastic, friendly and a willingness to learn
