We have two studio spaces + some fixed desk spaces available ideal for small businesses + start ups in our creative hub Granby Space. Based on Lower Marsh Street, it's a stone's throw from Waterloo Station and next to the delicious daily food market and some amazing independent cafes + shops.

The studio is self-contained with sliding doors available on a lease with 1 month's notice either side. The desks are pretty large and available on a licence for 6 months with easy-in-easy-out basis. All spaces have access to a shared kitchen, toilets, separate small meeting room when you want some privacy. There's also a small shared outside space, which is perfect on those occasional sunny days!

Licence Fee: £180+VAT pcm, plus a service charge of £37.50+VAT pcm

Delivered in partnership with London Borough of Lambeth, Granby Space is a temporary creative hub – providing affordable workspace in central London. Designed to support local startups and growing independent enterprises, Granby Space harnesses the creativity, knowledge and entrepreneurial talent of local people and their growing businesses. Spaces are let on affordable rates of between 50-80% of market value, as part of a wider initiative to protect and grow supportive workspace hubs within the borough.
