Desk space to let in architects’ studio near Borough Market

We have a ground floor design studio next to Flat Iron Square, on Union Street SE1. The studio is located with an old school building and benefits from tall windows and excellent natural light from two sides. There is also an independent meeting room and the space totals around 1,000 sq feet.
We are looking to sub-let desk space to a compatible firm. We can be flexible on the amount of space available up to a point, but allowing for social distancing 4-6 desks is currently probably realistic, but this could increase if required as social distancing measures improve.
Our ideal is to share with a like-minded, design based firm but we can be flexible.
