Former councillor representing South Bermondsey ward in the London Borough of Southwark

Biography

Ade has lived in the borough of Southwark since 1974. He moved into Chaucer Ward in 1993 and was chair of Decima Street T/RA. He is a director of Leathermarket JMB. Having moved to South Bermondsey in 2003, he has been involved in Longfield T/RA, Safer Neighbourhood Team, Area Housing Forum, South Bermondsey Partnership Board, Tenants Council and Housing Options Appraisal Working Group.

Ade was elected as a Liberal Democrat councillor in 2006. He defected to Labour just before the 2010 elections and failed to be reelected.
