Broken traffic lights

This is the fifth consecutive day that the lights on the Blackfriars Rd/Webber St junction have been out!

It's a notoriously dangerous junction even when the lights are working - now it's spectacularly perilous.

The council obviously knows they're broken as there are a couple of those signs tied on, but why haven't they been fixed?

The lovely man who runs the "Green shop" on the corner has witnessed many severe accidents here over time and he's very worried. Yesterday it was a car and bike (fortunately no injury) but it's only a matter of time.

Who should one call?

Thanks, James.

Done that, although I don't hold out much hope.

Also told them what I thought of The Cut/Waterloo Rd "improvements". Feel better now...
