I would guess the 'VESSEL' arriving on the 5th is a navy ship of some kind as it's unnamed

The Columbus has been renamed the Hamburg by its new owners and will be visiting the Upper Pool on Monday - Tower Bridge lifts at 5am and 4.15pm.
