Meanwhile... Patisserie Lila diversify with a new counselling and anger management series of workshops, whilst the E&C regeneration scheme is confirmed to be taking part in the 2012 Olympics Gymnastic trampoline competition, with hopefully some Shooting for good measure. The Well chinese restaurant wins a coveted 4-star Michelin ranking and finally, panto comes to The Fort with 'Puss in Boots' (apologies for typo).

Abseilers seen scaling Metro Central Heights, while SAS parachute from the LCC to disperse the crowds demonstrating outside the Tabernacle against TFL. Boris arrives at the E&C roundabout and opens the Regeneration Scheme starting on Monday.
