Walking through the square the other evening I thought this looked quite good but Master DeeDee in his 9 years of wisdom was very upset this was not a traditional tree and said carols would not be the same round that sort of tree-i just wondered what other people would prefer and if there were any plans for carols in the Square?

Hello

I don't know if there are carols on Bermondsey Square, but there are carols at the Scoop on Friday evening at 6.00pm.

I wouldn't have it in my home - but I think it's 'OK' - albeit that the 'star' is not illuminated and, thus, it looks like a flat-topped tree!

They have already had carols - but we could all go sing some more :p

I quite like it but it is rather spoilt having the railing around it. Are they really necessary?
