Congestion charge issues in SE1

Hi
I live on Southwark Bridge Road, and according to the map on the official congestion charging site, its definitely within the congestion charging zone.
When I tried to register the car as being within the zone though so I get the 90% discount, the website and people on the phone say its not in the zone.
Has anyone nearby experienced similar problems? The people on the phone kept saying I couldn't register because their system says the address isn't within the zone, but it's blatantly in the zone according to their own map!
I don't want to not register and get fined, but also don't want to just keep paying if I don't have to.

Hi Jag
If you email your full details (address, registration no, any ref numbers) to val@valshawcross.com we'll take it up with our contacts at TfL.
This is a new one on me (sounds like computer says no), but you should def be eligible on Southwark Bridge Rd and we deal with lots of congestion charge casework so I'm sure she'll be able to get it sorted out.
Regards
