For which part of the body? There is a private physiotherapy service within St Thomas' as well as the NHS one - that's fairly handy for Waterloo...

I've had helpful advice from The Gait Lab who have at least one centre in Chancery Lane, but that's more podiatry so would be if your ankle is being troubled by an ongoing or posture problem, rather than if you're trying to recover from a specific individual injury. I have now contrived to get NHS referrals so my experience is less helpful from here onwards...
