Glass attack in Baltic restaurant

I am shocked to hear what happened in Baltic in April and want to share some really poor service I recently experienced there. On 10th June I left my visa card behind the bar (my mistake), as my friend settled the restaurant bill and bar bill together on her card. I called the next day and requested my card to be sent to me by recorded delivery. The following day an envelope arrived and it was with great relief that I opened it. Only to find the credit card belonging to someone else!! Not just anyone either, I googled him and found him to be a lord and heir to a 23 million pound fortune. I managed to get in touch with him and he was not too impressed. He had not been sent my card unfortunately. I called the restaurant manager back and he was quite difficult with me. I had also noticed that some money had been taken off my card without my authorisation for a bar tab that we had already settled on the restaurant bill! When asking the manager to look into this I was told that they had 'already been accommodating enough'!. By sending me someone else's credit card? My card finally arrived and I was re-credited the bar drinks.
It's funny because my friend and I were on the verge of making a complaint anyway that night because the service was so rude and indifferent, but we decided not to until the credit card incident and how badly it was all dealt with. It certainly isn't my favourite restaurant anymore, which is really sad because I have celebrated some really good birthdays there. It seems that beautiful surroundings and lovely food are priorities that are entirely compromised by very poor service.
