Not a wine bar as such, but Brindisa has seating outside and is lovely in the summer!

And Delicious food

The Anchor and The Rake also have outside seating.

We're a 10 minute (or so) walk from Borough tube.

The Banana store has some seats outside on a hot day - and the Brew Whard does sell wine and has loads of outside seats.
Also some places down on the river.
