Living on the Bricklayers Arms Estate

Hi,
I've been looking at properties for sale in SE1 and have seen a few on the Peabody Trust Bricklayers Arms Estate.
I'm quite new to the area, so I was just wondering if any forum users are residents on the estate and if they can tell me a bit more about what it's like living there?
