Does anybody know where i could buy ribbon?

There must be a shop in SE1 that sells ribbon? It's one of those time when desperately don't want to have to face central London.

failing that you could try the stall at the top of east street that sold button lace trimmings etc. (going down towards old kent road, right hand side, hope its still there as it was such a lovely stall)

thank you both! actualy i'm just back from east street and found a lovely little trimmings shop called the honeybee (i think). east street has it all :)

thanks for this info, I usually trek over to John Lewis or the lovely shop in Kentish Town, but I shall have a look down East St

Isnt the stall in East Street Market at the bottom still there?

I've not tried it, but the knitting/needlecraft shop on the Cut must be worth a look.
