Auto Electrician for Car Stereo

Hi,
Can anyone recommend a decent auto electrician who is handy with car stereos?
My car stereo stopped working so bought a new one from Halfords but then the Halford's guy tried to fit it but couldn't get it working...
Much appreciate any recommendations...
