English institute near Guy's campus.....please reply

Hello everyone, I'm a new member and i need some help from you.
I will come to london for studying in king's college london at (guy's hospital, st thomas street,SE1 9RT) and my brother will come with me for study english language. So, i need your advise to find english institute near guy's hospital.
