Any "Shaw" swimmers out there?

Is there anyone in SE1 who has learned to crawl using the Shaw swimming method (using the principles of the Alexander Technique)? I did a course recently and I think it's a great method, but you really neeed to work on the technique at the beginning, which can be a bit boring on your own!
