But at that price i reckon it will be empty for while yet. Of course the developers are trying it on. If you want to sell n a quiet market, you can always go down in price, but not up.

"bodged" would be more like it - but of course, I'd be there giving expert project management advice, and tea making, so what could possibly go wrong?
