Hello can anyone recommend a place i can go to for private swimming lessons in SE1?

There are a team of personal trainers there and I know they do swimming lessons.

Thanks a great idea - i suppose i may have to join the gym to access this service. Ideally I don't want to join a gym....but I shall investigate.

The pool at Guys Hospital is open to the non staff/students and is very reasonable and you don't have to join a gym. Child-free too. Very reasonable prices. Ring them 020 7188 6499
