Strange 'vine' in St. George's Road

Right next to the Lye Torng Thai place in St. George's road is a playground. I think I posted about some false acacia trees there in the past. In the past couple of months I have noticed a curious weed or plant trailing around the railings - it has leaves like a miniature grapevine and small white flowers which look like wild strawberry flowers - anyone know what it is?

If it has tendrils it may be white bryony. Try a pix search to check.

Thank you for this posting; I've just identified a plant that comes up every year in our garden. It's quite a thug and no matter how much of the root I dig up each year, it always comes back.
