Yes, I do like that! Wonder if it would catch on? Estate agents would love it, I'm sure. Your suggestion seems to cover the "nameless" area well.

According to the map here, the area where the Crown stands, and for quite a long way up Blackfriar's bridge road, was called St George's fields.
How about we call the area "St George's"?
