I recently had some work done by Michael Rann (Builder). He was efficient, reliable and (quite importantly) reasonably priced.
He did a wonderful job and I am certainly going to use him again.

what did he do (not just nosy, also interested in the scale of work he can do - was it a new sink or a full loft conversion etc...)

The work I had done was a new tiled floor, and a new kitchen sink and taps. For the block of flats that I live in Michael will be replacing the front door and also a garden fence.
Give him a call as I am sure he is able to turn his hand to most things.
