Was kept awake until the early hours last night by the swaparama on Ewer Street
. Very loud music and lots of people sreaming and shouting. Called the Southwark Council
noise / antisocial behaviour hotline at 2.45am when I could take it no more. Was told that there was a two-hour response time so told them not to bother.

Event organisers descibe it as the "ultimate frightful halloween mess". I'll say.
Anyone got any ideas who I can talk to and ask them politely to keep it down? Don't want to seem like an old fart but am feeling very sleep deprived today and am getting crosser and crosser. Not the first time in recent weeks loud event on Ewer Street
has kept me awake.
