My partner recently had a bad experience using the Nationwide cashpoint at London Bridge station underground concourse. He tried to take out £50 but the machine did not give out any money but still debited his NatWest account £50. He went to his NatWest branch to report it. NatWest contacted Nationwide but they claimed there was no problem with that machine and refused to refund his money. Has anyone else had similar problems with these machines?
