I have a finally found a fantastic window cleaner so thought I would share.
His name is Bill Craze - 07720 431452 - does an excellent job and is a really nice bloke as well

I could do with a window cleaner jw, what are his rates and is he insured? not for causing damage to property but for himself? not a flippant comment by the way!

Hi Jan,
Yes he is insured - his rates vary depending on what you need and how many windows etc.. - he cleans all the windows at The Laughing Gravy for me for about £15 a time
