Has anyone near Waterloo lost a budgie?

I live on Lower Marsh, next to Waterloo station, and a budgie was sitting outside my back window a couple of hours ago, it must have escaped from somewhere nearby, if you have had a budgie escape or know someone local who has let me know! He seemed in good health and flew around a couple of times then came back to sit near my window. I didn't invite him in as I have a cat! He has now flown off...
