No Brainer or No Brains ?. Southwark council mobile traffic enforcement, parking outside tesco on southwark park road, In a customer parking bay, while trying to catch and fine people who park outside the co-op, which is a loading and unloading bay only, Why dont they park outside the co-op leaving a parking bay for people that are shopping.!!!

Such vehicles must only be used as a traffic management tool and cannot be used purely to raise revenue.

Decriminalised Parking Enforcement was supposed to bring:

Less Congestion
Higher turnover of parking spaces
Reduced Pollution

Taking up a revenue space that would otherwise be available for a shopper means that Southwark are failing to deliver on all three.

But its a bit of a no win situation as clearly you dont want a vehicle committing an offence to catch others!
