Does anyone know of any baby massage and first aid classes running in the SE1 or SE16 area please?

Thanks in advance.

Some year ago when my son was born my doctors in Falmouth Road ran some baby groups for a few weeks after babies were born and part of this involved first aid and baby massage-not sure from what aspect you are looking at this but if a mum or about to be one check with your docs, midwife or health visitor

Ditto. Also check with Sthk council. They used to run these courses for free (or very little charge) a couple of yrs ago. Info used to on their website. Midwives are an excellent source of this info (if you can find one with 5 mins to spare).

...if you press it, they will come.

My wife and I went on this before ABC jr arrived:

Not in SE1, but seemed comprehensive and was given by proper paramedic staff.

Thanks for all your posts. I'm a new Mum and I've heard that baby massage is excellent for soothing fractious babies. Southwark has withdrawn funding for baby massage so my midwife and HV couldn't help with finding a class.

The first aid course suggested by AndyABC looks great though, thanks.
