Anyone know a reputable handyman?

I'm an E3 interloper but need some advice and this seems like a good place to ask.
I accidentally put a hole in a mate's plasterboard wall at the weekend and need to get it fixed. People I've spoken to have said it would be easy to repair myself and it certainly looks that way from YouTube videos, but given my mate lives in a rented property I want to get it done properly so there's no disputes about it when they move out.
However - the two quotes I've got so far have been for £250 which seems extortionate. Does anyone know a handyman who could do this sort of thing for a reasonable price? Or someone who could even be trusted to give a reliable quote?

There's a brilliant and affordable handyman in Bermondsey called Dave Pace. He can do anything; painting, flooring, kitchens, you name it. He's done all the work on our new house and he was fantastic. He is punctual, professional and gets on with the job. His number is 07788-239707.
