Hello forum members,
We'd like to hear from you to get your feedback on a new public service, called Joint Effort.
Joint Effort supports families to live well with long term conditions such as cancer, heart disease, diabetes and over-weight. The service is developed by Participle (a not-for-profit organisation in Southwark), based on what we've learned from conversations with people from this forum, as well as input from professionals.
We are running free sessions 17 - 24th February to test an early version Joint Effort. During a one hour conversation, we'll talk about practical approaches to find out what might work for you and your family. If you take part, you also help us to further develop this service.
Please contact Jonas if you want to take part as soon as possible. Taking part is free. Everything you tell us will be treated as confidential and none of your personal information will be shared with any other organisations.
Equally, if you know someone who might be interested, please pass this message on and see if theyíd like to take part.
For more information on the project and taking part, please contact:

Participle is a social enterprise that works with ordinary people to create new kinds of solutions to issues including health, employment and ageing. We work in partnership with local government and local agencies but we are independent.
