My washing machine seems to hv broken down. Does anyone know a reliable wm repairer or where there is a decent clean laundrette?do they even still exist except on eastenders?

hello,
are there any suggestions as to whether a plumber can come out to fix a washing machine that has stopped working or any other suggestion? it is integrated so i am not sure how to dispose of it if i buy a new one? can anyone help to install it and what would be the charge? many thanks for tips and advice!
