Good builder and cleaner

Hi folks
Just had a small refurb project of about six weeks done in SE16 by a good builder I found through ratedpeople. (The last and excellent builder I worked with I found from this forum - now sadly no longer working in London).
He was great - polite, efficient, prompt, communicative, thorough and affordable. Tom Frontczak (wetplumber@hotmail.co.uk / 07877 497 598). I know the email is wetplumber, but his team do more than that.
Also just renewing my earlier recommendation of an excellent cleaner, Joanna. She and her team have been cleaning my flat for well over a year now, and I couldn't be happier. 07815 590 614.
