Loud refuse collection at 4/5am- Weston Street/City Walk

I had a very brusque conversation with Sharon this afternoon and her first question was where I had obtained her name from...

She has requested that Bywaters return the key fobs and that they should be aware that collections can only be made after 7am.

I've been living her for the past three years and they haven't stopped their early morning activity, but I'll keep everyone posted...
