Park with swings near Southbank Centre

Can anyone tell where the nearest park with swings etc suitable for a five year old is to the Southbank Centre/Festival Hall.

There's a brand new play area in Jubilee Gardens.
Archbishop's Park is a short walk away (and therefore less touristy/busy) and has a more extensive playground.

I'd second James' suggestion of Archbishops Park - it is a lovely place.
There is also a small playground on Waterloo Road, by the Living Space nearly opposite the Old Vic.
