I notice that the subway tunnel under OKR is lit but the stairways and ramp down to the subway are not. The lights are there, just switched off.

Does anyone know if this is by design?

If they're broke, who would I contact to get them switched back on?

It would feel a lot safer if the stairwell was lit at night.

You can report it here:

I can't imagine it's by design.

That did the trick, lighting leading down to the subways is now back on.

I see notices up this morning that all the railings around the Bricklayers Arms roundabout will be removed. That will improve the look of the crossings, in my opinion.

Now if we can just get the flyover put underground like on Euston Road for example, we'd be laughing.

Good stuff.

Unfortunately, I think we'll be waiting a long time for the flyover to go into a tunnel!

As Ivanhoe would be glad to let you know, I agree 100 percent about the flyover. Especially as the NKR area starts to reawaken with new housing and development (including the new hostel), it's time to TEAR DOWN that wall!
