C10/381 capacity and frequency

Wondering if anyone has any influence over TFL? It seems to have passed them by that 1000s of new apartments have been built along the C10 & 381 bus routes without any concomitant increase in capacity/frequency of these services. Meaning.... it is getting worse and worse trying to get on a bus (particularly the C10), and if lucky enough to get on, trying to avoid being bashed in the head with people's bags,and physical damage to self and others getting off etc etc. Nightmare! I campaigned along with others and we got 2 doors on the C10, very grateful, but now feels like it is getting as bad again.
Dread to think what it will it be like when all the agreed and proposed additional developments are finished. No point in all these properties (shortage of new build? - not in Southwark) if infrastructure to service the people living in them is not included.

The same with the 47 bus. It's the bus that takes people who work in the city directly to the city (so the people who have moved into the new apartments), but in the morning between 8 and 9am, once it crosses into SE1, you can't even get on the bus.

The buses are also too far apart. At least now with the apps that are available telling you how far the bus is away I don't end up waiting for half an hour when it would have been quicker to walk.
