Is 153 Harper rd., the small block of council flats the back of Symington House?

If so the 72 residential units to be built are (100%) affordable so affordable in fact there will not be any places for cars.. apart from 4 disabled parking spaces and 138 bicycle spaces., with the price of some bicycles that would be a thieves dream!

Just out of curiosity what is 100% affordable? on what salary scale are they dreaming of?

It's a development by the Family Mosaic housing association.

This price list gives you an idea of the minimum individual/joint incomes required for the shared ownership homes in the scheme.

Thank you James, that actually seems very clear. Mind you shame if you are disabled and can't have a cat to keep you company!

Reading the figures on the Family Mosaic price list seems that to get the cheapest flat still available you would need a single income of 59,113 for a 86.3 sq foot flat. Or a double income of 65,863. That would be for one of the bigger flats. The flats that are now 'under offer' are mainly just over 50 sq ft.
